GROTON, CT – The Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa appointed Margaret Rosen director of catering operations.
Rosen will oversee the propertys catering staff in scheduling and servicing all food and banquet operations for the 285-room, full service hotel. Rosen has 12 years of experience, most recently as director of catering and conference services at the Jumeirah Essex House Hotel in New York City.
