INDIANAPOLIS— Gremi and Sons, LLC has acquired the 76-room Microtel Inn & Suites here from Economy Hotels V, LLC. Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc. represented the seller in the $2.1 million deal. Huff, Niehaus & Associates, which is a member of Hotel Brokers International, has now brokered five hotel dispositions for Economy Hotel Holdings worth a total of about $11.5 million.
