MARIETTA, GA— The former Roberts Mayfair Hotel has reopened here as the Crowne Plaza Atlanta-Marietta following a conversion and renovation. The 218-room, 10-story property is owned by Roberts Hotels Group, which recently invested $5 million in the asset’s renovations. Renovation work involved the lobby, which now features a contemporary décor with marble and wood accents, and new carpeting, wall coverings and furniture in common areas. Guest bathrooms now also feature granite countertops and stainless steel sinks. The reopening of the hotel included the introduction of the Roberts Bistro restaurant and the Network Ultra Lounge. Other amenities at the hotel include an outdoor pool and a business center. The hotel is located at 1775 Parkway Pl. NW.
