NASHVILLE, TN—The 83-key Hyatt Place Nashville Airport Hotel here has been sold. The purchase price was not disclosed.
HREC Investment Advisors arranged the sale and Greenwood Hospitality Group is managing the hotel on behalf of the new owner.
Barry Swanson, SVP in HREC Investment Advisors’ Atlanta office andCOO/Senior Principal Scott Stephens in the Tampa office represented the seller during the transaction.
Chattanooga-based Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. developed the hotel in 2000 and later converted the property to a Hyatt Place in 2007.
The Hyatt Place Nashville Airport is located off Highway 40 at Donelson Pike 255, opposite the Nashville International Airport. The Property is eight miles east of Downtown Nashville, close to several area attractions such as the Grand Ole Opry, Two River Golf Course, Centennial Sportsplex and the Tennessee Titans, and several college and universities in the area, including Vanderbilt University, which is nine miles from the property.
