NEW YORK—The newly rebranded Hyatt Centric Times Square New York has completed its renovations and conversion to a Hyatt Centric-branded hotel. To mark the event, the hotel held a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Attendees included the hotel’s general manager, Philip Stamm; Maria Wilcox, SVP of hotel relations of NYC & Company; and Tim Tompkins, president of the Times Square Alliance.

The 487-room property began its conversion from a Hyatt to a Hyatt Centric hotel in late 2016, with the addition of new in-room Hyatt Centric amenities such as bath amenities from the hotel’s Timeless – Marilyn Monroe Spa, Drybar Buttercup Blow-Dryers, Keurig in-room coffee brewing systems, and JBL Wireless speakers in every guestroom. The property’s second-floor meeting space and terrace along with its 54-story rooftop lounge, Bar 54, underwent refurbishments. The property also recently debuted a reimagined and redesigned restaurant, T45.
