NEW ORLEANS—HVS has opened a hotel consulting and valuation services branch here, intended to serve hotel projects and clients in the Gulf Coast market.
HVS New Orleans offers the following services: single-asset and portfolio hotel appraisals; market and project feasibility studies; franchise evaluations; and advisory expertise on large-scale, mixed-use and public-private developments.
The new office is headed by Adam R. Lair, MAI, a state-certified hotel appraiser and a designated member of the Appraisal Institute with more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry.
The latest HVS Hotel Valuation Index (HVI) forecasts continued strong growth for hotel values in New Orleans in the near term.
