ATLANTA—Hunter Hotel Advisors has represented Palmer Gosnell Hospitality LLC, a hotel development and management company based in Virginia, in the sale of the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Strasburg Shenandoah Valley in Strasburg, VA, for an undisclosed amount.
The 84-room hotel was purchased by a Virginia-based hotel owner who is adding the Marriott-branded hotel to its Virginia portfolio. The new owner plans to spend $500,000 to upgrade the hotel to the latest brand standards.
