ATLANTA—Hunter Hotel Advisors represented a Los Angeles-based hospitality company in the sale of the TownePlace Suites in Fresno, CA, to a California-based hotel group.
“There was significant interest in the hotel because of the Marriott brand and the California location,” said Danny Givertz, SVP, Hunter Hotel Advisors. “Investor interest in California hotels remains strong, especially for well-branded assets.”
Built in 2000, the institutional-grade asset has 92 guestrooms and is located along the Yosemite Freeway, north of Fresno.
Hunter’s national brokerage offices specialize in full- and select-service hotels, including portfolios and individual assets for clients ranging from REITs and investment banks to regional hotel owners.
