ATLANTA—Hunter Hotel Advisors’ Los Angeles office has represented RLJ Lodging Trust, an REIT, in the sale of the SpringHill Suites Bakersfield, CA.

Built in 2007, the four-story, 119-room hotel was fully renovated in 2016. A regional hotel owner with strong ties to California’s Central Valley purchased the hotel for $12.9 million, and was attracted to the Marriott brand and the minimal PIP requirements, according to the company.
