ATLANTA—Hunter Hotel Advisors has represented the seller in the sale of the Homewood Suites by Hilton Macon-North in Macon, GA.

BPR Properties, based in Greensboro, NC, purchased the upscale extended-stay property to add to its portfolio of branded hotels. The hotel was built in 2009 and will be renovated with the Homewood “Take Flight” design update, according to the company.

Since January 2015, Hunter has sold and financed more than $1.5 billion in single assets and portfolio transactions.
