ATLANTA—Hunter Hotel Advisors has represented a global private equity firm in the sale of the Homewood Suites Atlanta Peachtree Corners Norcross, GA.

A locally based hotel operator purchased the upscale extended-stay property to add to its portfolio of branded hotels. The 92-room Hilton-branded hotel was built in 1990 and will be fully renovated with the Homewood ‘Take Flight’ design update, according to the company.

Since January 2014, Hunter has sold and financed more than $2 billion in single assets and portfolio transactions.
