Hunter Closes on Sale of a Holiday Inn Express in OH

Holiday Inn Express Middletown

ATLANTA—Hunter Hotel Advisors’ Phoenix office has represented a New York REIT in the sale of the Holiday Inn Express Middletown, in Middletown, OH for an undisclosed amount.

A large hotel group purchased the three-story hotel with plans to reposition it as a Best Western. Built in 1995, the new owners will spend more than $1 million to rebrand the hotel.
