ATLANTA—Hunter Hotel Advisors has represented BPR Properties, a hotel development and management company based in North Carolina, in the sale of the 81-room and suite Wingate by Wyndham Greensboro/High Point Airport, NC for an undisclosed amount.
A regional owner purchased the three-story hotel that is located in the central North Carolina High Point market. The Wingate was built in 2000 and fully renovated in 2013.
