ATLANTA—Hunter Hotel Advisors has acted as exclusive agents in the sale of the 90-room Courtyard by Marriott in Lynchburg, VA.
The property was sold to New York-based based Hotel Acquisitions LLC and they plan to upgrade the guestrooms and bathrooms to the latest Marriott Courtyard design.
“We were able to generate a lot of interest in this hotel due to the strength of the Marriott brand and strong cash flow,” said Mark Morris, SVP of Hunter Hotel Advisors. “Adjacent to a major university and nearby corporations, the Courtyard appealed to a wide array of regional hotel companies.”
