SALT LAKE CITY—HRI Properties, LLC (HRI) has acquired the DoubleTree Suites downtown here.
The 241-room DoubleTree Suites hotel is located at 110 West 600 South St. and features 6,014 sq. ft. of meeting space, a business center, indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, guest laundry, parking, Stephen’s American Bistro and Bar 110 West.
The property recently received ore than $6 million in capital improvements; HRI plans $2.5 million of enhancements.

The hotel is near the shopping and entertainment at City Creek Center and Energy Solutions Arena, as well as the Church of Latter Day Saints and the Salt Palace Convention Center.
