CHARLESTON, SC—HREC Investment Advisors arranged the sale of the 289-room former Sheraton Charleston Airport Hotel here, which is operating on a temporary basis as an InnPlace Hotel.

SVP Monty Levy, VP Paul Sexton and COO/Senior Principal Scott Stephens, exclusively represented the seller, an affiliate of LNR Partners, LLC, in this transaction.

The Hotel is located within the Greater Charleston market. with proximity to major revenue generators and off-site amenities, as well to the Charleston International Airport, historic downtown Charleston and the surrounding beaches.
