CHICAGO— HREC Investment Advisors has hired Nick DePaolo as a vp in its Chicago office. DePaolo was most recently the Midwest director of franchise development at Wyndham Worldwide. During that time he was responsible for the development of more than 200 hotel franchise agreements involving more than 13,000 rooms.
