HREC Arranges Sale of Holiday Inn Express in Kennesaw, GA

ATLANTA—HREC Investment Advisors recently arranged the sale of the Holiday Inn Express located in Kennesaw, GA.

Banyan Investment Group has acquired the property. The 147-room hotel will be operated by Banyan Tree Management.

Barry Swanson, SVP in the HREC Investment Advisors’ Atlanta office, exclusively represented the seller during the transaction.

“The asset’s strategic location near multiple large demand generators, along with a history of strong operating performance, generated substantial interest in this offering from numerous local and national investors,” Swanson said.
