EAST WINDSOR, NJ— A former Ramada Inn here is expected to reopen as the Holiday Inn of East Windsor on Sept. 27. Hotels Unlimited, Inc. owns the asset through an affiliated company known as Mali, Inc. Located at 399 Monmouth St., the 201-room hotel was recently renovated by Hotels Unlimited. As part of that project, the building’s entire exterior was redone and all guestrooms were refurbished. The rooms include Jacuzzi rooms, junior suites, a presidential suite and executive level rooms. All suites now feature LCD televisions and microwave/refrigerator units. The hotel also features the National Conference Center, which contains a tiered auditorium and amphitheater and can hold up to 350 people. Also onsite is the Windsor Ballroom, which can fit up to 300 people, and JT’s Steakhouse and Pub.
