WAXAHACHIE, TX—Atlanta-based Hotel Equities will manage the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott under development here.
Set to break ground in April, the hotel will be located at 2020 Civic Center Ln., 30 minutes south of Dallas.
Slated to open in March 2016, the hotel is near the Waxahachie Civic Center and across from the newly completed Baylor Scott & White Hospital.
