Hotel Equities to Manage Residence Inn Atlanta Perimeter Center Dunwoody
Atlanta-based Hotel Equities has been tapped to manage the 127-suite Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Perimeter Center Dunwoody, which was developed and is owned by Hotel Development Partners. The hotel marks the third property owned by HDP and managed by Hotel Equities in the Atlanta Perimeter Center market.
Expotel Hospitality to Open, Manage Hotel Indigo in Memphis, TN
Expotel Hospitality has signed an agreement to provide development consulting, pre-opening services and post-opening operations management services for the previously announced adaptive re-use project of the circa 1963 former Holiday Inn in downtown Memphis, TN. Upon opening, the hotel will have approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of private dining, event and meeting space; a fitness center; a renovated pool with cabana bar; and a bar and restaurant. The hotel is scheduled to open in mid-2018.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Round Rock-Austin North Unveils New Management
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Round Rock – Austin North is now under new management. The 109-room hotel, opened in 2016 and owned by A.N.A.Z. Ventures LLC, has hired hospitality veteran K Partners Hotel Management to manage all aspects of the hotel’s operations.
