DOVER, DE—Home2 Suites by Hilton, Hilton Worldwide’s mid-tier, all-suite hotel brand designed for modern business travelers and extended stay guests, opened its 40th hotel, Home2 Suites by Hilton Dover. This is the first property for the brand in Delaware.

“The eco-friendly and sustainable Home2 brand is a true innovator in its division bringing a different perspective on hosting guests during their stays, and we’re excited to expand its footprint into the Dover market,” said Bill Duncan, global head, Home2 Suites and Homewood Suites. “The brand continues to grow and remains appealing to business and leisure travelers alike.”

The 91-suite hotel, located directly off Route 1, is minutes from numerous restaurants, shopping and entertainment such as Dover Downs Casino and the Biggs Museum of American Art. The hotel is owned by A & G Kramedas Associates, LLC, and managed by Axia Management, LLC.
