MISHAWAKA, IN—White Lodging has commenced construction on a Home2 Suites by Hilton here.
The 126-suite, four-story Home2 Suites Mishawaka is located at 211 East Day Rd., and will be owned by affiliates of and managed by White Lodging Services Corporation. The extended-stay hotel is scheduled for completion in fall 2017.

All Home2 Suites by Hilton hotels offer access to technology and community spaces, as well as the brand’s trademark amenities standard in all properties, such as the Oasis lobby area; the Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items; the Spin2 Cycle, a combined laundry and fitness area; and the Inspired Table, a complimentary breakfast that includes more than 400 potential combinations. Most Home2 Suites properties are pet friendly.
The hotel will be built on the site of the former Honkers restaurant, and is less than three miles from the University of Notre Dame and 20 minutes from the South Bend Airport. The Compton Ice Arena is less than 10 minutes away and the Mishawaka River Walk, Edison Lakes Medical Center and University Park Mall are located nearby.
