Holiday Inn & Suites Rosemont Sold

ROSEMONT, IL—JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group arranged the sale of the Holiday Inn & Suites Rosemont on behalf of Rockbridge Capital.

Hospitality Properties Trust purchased the 300-room property and has selected IHG as its hotel management partner.

The 300-key Holiday Inn and Suites Rosemont includes approximately 3,100 sq. ft. of meeting space, 406 parking spaces and a fitness center. The asset also features the leased 8,000-sq.-ft. Harry Caray’s Italian Steakhouse.

Managing Director Adam McGaughy, SVP John Nugent and VP Truitt Alday led the JLL team on the transaction.
