PAGOSA SPRINGS, CO—IHG plans to open a Holiday Inn Resort hotel here, following the recent opening in Fort Walton Beach, FL, as well as a new resort under construction on Jekyll Island, GA – both announced earlier this year.
Nestled in the San Juan Mountains, the Holiday Inn Resort Pagosa Springs hotel is slated to open by summer 2015, following extensive renovations by the ownership. The three-story property will have 101 guestrooms including 11 suites. Guests can take advantage of complimentary Internet access, 8,500 sq. ft. of meeting space with the largest room accommodating up to 200 people, an indoor pool, fitness center and a business center.

The Holiday Inn Resort Pagosa Springs hotel, owned and operated by Pagosa Lodging LLC will be franchised by an affiliate of IHG.
