ORIZABA, MEXICO—IHG has opened the Holiday Inn Orizaba hotel. This marks the company’s eighth hotel in the state of Veracruz, including two Crowne Plaza hotels, one Hotel Indigo, three Holiday Inns and one Holiday Inn Express.
Decorated in a contemporary style, the hotel conversion was overseen by Constructora Guraieb and Associates and generated more than 370 employment opportunities, according to the company.
Amenities include three meeting rooms that can hold up to 180 people, a fitness center, a heated swimming pool and covered parking with valet service. Dining options include Los Ameyales, which features a variety of cuisines from breakfast to dinner. Room service is also available.
The hotel is located near local attractions such as the Iron Palace and the Mier y Pesado Castle.
Owned and managed by Operadora Decori Orizaba SA de CV., the Holiday Inn Orizaba hotel is franchised by an affiliate of IHG.
