ATLANTA— Hodges Ward Elliott’s focused service division recently brokered three hotel dispositions in the South. In Shelbyville and Ripley, TN, Atlanta-based Hodges Ward Elliott arranged the sales of two 40-room Country Hearth Inns on behalf of the seller, Shelby Hearth LLC. The total price for the two assets was about $3 million. Bobby Patel was the buyer. In Shreveport, LA, Hodges Ward Elliott obtained $6.5 million for the seller of the 231-key Clarion Hotel. LBNA sold the hotel to Roberts Hotel Shreveport, LLC. Meanwhile, Roberts Hotel Dallas, LLC bought the 146-unit Courtyard by Marriott Dallas in Dallas from Courtyard II Associates, LP and CBM Land LP for an undisclosed amount.
