ATLANTA— Hospitality Lodging Systems (HLS) has opened two new Haven Inn & Suites in the Stone Mountain neighborhood of Atlanta and in Willowbrook, a suburb of Houston.
The Stone Mountain property is a 140-guestroom conversion and Willowbrook is a 39-guestroom new-build, with a two-floor, exterior corridor design. This location is the second to open this year in the Houston area. Both hotels are new-construction and are related in ownership.
The Texas property is close to numerous corporate offices, as well as the 312-bed Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital; the Sam Houston Race Park, site of horse racing and music concerts; and the Willowbrook Mall, a 161-store regional shopping complex.
In Georgia, the new Haven Inn is close to corporate, medical and educational facilities. It is also adjacent to Stone Mountain Park, a 3,200-acre site for activities such as camping, hiking, festivals, concerts and laser light shows.
HLS operates 48 hotels under three brands—Budgetel Inns & Suites, AmeriVu Inns & Suites and Haven Inns & Suites.
