INDIANAPOLIS— A 92-room Homewood Suites by Hilton property is rising in downtown Indianapolis. HRC Hotels LLC is building the asset and Good Hospitality Services, Inc. will be providing design, development, procurement and management services for the project. The project involves the redevelopment of two connecting historic warehouses that will be converted into the Homewood Suites. The hotel will feature reconfigured studio layouts as a result of the building’s specific footprint and features, including oversized windows and tall ceiling heights.
