DENVER- An affiliate of Amstar Group Ltd., a national real estate investment and development company, has begun the first phase of an $8.5 million renovation program designed to reclaim the historic Georgian Terraces position as Atlantas signature hotel.
Amstar purchased the hotel in November 1999. Phase one of the renovation, which is expected to be complete in October, includes a 7,500-square-foot executive conference center and a new restaurant and bar. Phase two will include the lobby, retail space and the boardroom. (8/28/00)
