IRKUTSK, RUSSIA—Hilton has signed a franchise agreement with Eastern Group LLC to open the 186-room DoubleTree by Hilton Irkutsk Central Park, within the city center’s multifunctional complex, Novy.
Owned by Eastern Group, the hotel marks Hilton’s first in the city and joins more than 50 properties, including 11 DoubleTree by Hilton hotels, trading or under development across Russia.
DoubleTree by Hilton Irkutsk will be situated at 58 Sovetskaya St.
