INTERNATIONAL REPORT—Several hospitality companies have recently expanded their portfolios in Mexico, including Hilton, Radisson and Palladium Hotel Group. Here are the details:

Hilton Expands Presence in Mexico with Debut of Hilton Guadalajara Midtown
Hilton has opened Hilton Guadalajara Midtown, the Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand’s second hotel in Guadalajara and eighth property in Mexico. This opening is also a celebrated addition to Hilton’s expanding portfolio in the country, where the company has more than 60 hotels across seven brands welcoming travelers. The 225-room hotel in Guadalajara features a swimming pool, fitness center, signature restaurant, two bars and more than 11,500 sq. ft. of flexible event space.

Radisson Shows Growth in Mexico with a New Hotel in Monterrey, Nuevo León
Radisson has opened the newly constructed Radisson Hotel Monterrey San Jerónimo. The 98-room hotel is located in the San Jerónimo neighborhood. In addition to the complimentary shuttle services, guests have access to a 24-hour fitness center and business center, free WiFi, an outdoor pool and complimentary parking. There are two meeting rooms that can be kept separate for smaller gatherings or combined to form a larger space accommodating up to 60 guests. Both meeting spaces are equipped with audio-visual equipment, free WiFi, on-site catering and guidance from an experienced event coordinator. The hotel’s on-site dining option, La Huasteca Restaurant, serves Mexican and international dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room service is also offered daily. In addition to the on-site restaurant, the hotel has two bars.

Palladium Hotel Group Opens Costa Mujeres Properties 
Palladium Hotel Group has opened Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa and the adults-only TRS Coral Hotel. With 670 suites, the property features swimming pools, restaurants and bars, and activities, including coordinated group fitness classes. Adjacent to the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa is the adults-only TRS Coral Hotel. Each of the hotel’s 469 suites includes a balcony or terrace, whirlpool bath, and views of the Costa Mujeres landscape. Guests can enjoy five à la carte restaurants, including a private Ibiza-style beach club, Helio.
