MCLEAN, VA—Hilton Worldwide has opened two new extended-stay properties: Homewood Suites by Hilton in Ankeny, IA, and Home2 Suites by Hilton Buffalo Airport/Galleria Mall in Buffalo, NY.
Developed and owned by Kinseth Hospitality Companies, Homewood Suites Ankeny will feature 92 studio, one- and two-bedroom suites.
Located at 2455 Southeast Creekview Dr., Homewood Suites Ankeny offers guests access to I-35 and local business districts. Near downtown Des Moines, visitors are close to popular Iowa attractions, including Adventureland Amusement Park, Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino, and the Iowa State Fairgrounds.
Suites offer fully equipped kitchens and complimentary Internet, and additional amenities include free daily full-hot breakfast and complimentary evening social Monday-Thursday. In addition, Homewood Suites by Hilton offers a complimentary grocery shopping service and recreational options such as a fitness center and indoor pool.
Home2 Suites by Hilton Buffalo Airport/Galleria Mall is managed by Buffalo Lodging Associates.
The 107-room property is located at 1999 Walden Ave. in Cheektowaga. Home2 Suites Buffalo Airport/Galleria Mall is located three miles from the Buffalo/Niagara International Airport. Guests can also shop at the Walden Galleria Mall located across the street from the hotel or travel approximately 15 minutes to downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls to go sightseeing. As a convenience, the hotel offers a 24-hour shuttle to the airport and nearby Depew Train Station.
The new hotel offers the trademark Home2 Suites amenities, such as the Oasis lobby, the Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items, the Spin2 Cycle, a combined laundry and fitness area and complimentary continental breakfast at the Inspired Table.
