MCLEAN, VA—The Hilton Garden Inn Vienna South has opened in the Wienerberg district of Vienna.
It is the brand’s first property in Austria and it is managed by RIMC Austria Hotel Resort Management GmbH and operated under a franchise agreement with Hilton Worldwide. RIMC Austria, headquartered in Vienna, is a subsidiary of RIMC Hotels & Resorts GmbH, an international management company with 45 hotel properties worldwide.
Hilton Garden Inn Vienna South, owned by Immofinanz, is accessible to Vienna International Airport and within the Business Park Vienna. The property is also a short distance from the contemporary Euro Plaza.
The hotel provides 173 guestrooms, including four suites featuring a separate living space and an espresso machine. Guestrooms feature the brand’s signature bedding and a work desk with an ergonomic desk chair. Amenities include complimentary WiFi and free printing in the 24-hour business center, a fitness center, sauna, air conditioning and eight flexible meeting spaces to host up to 350 delegates.
Dining options include the Garden Bar and signature Garden Grille Restaurant, offering all day dining with local and international specialties. The Pavillion Pantry provides breakfast, lunch and dinner, including a selection of snacks, beverages and frozen, microwaveable packaged items.
