Embassy Suites by Hilton in Berkeley Heights, NJ
A new-build Embassy Suites by Hilton has opened in Berkeley Heights, NJ. Embassy Suites by Hilton Berkeley Heights is set in Central New Jersey and is proximate to Newark Liberty International Airport and New York City.
Owned by Connell Hospitality LLC and managed by Davidson Hotels and Resorts, the hotel features 176 suites, comprising of 52 deluxe suites with views of the Watchung Mountains and 43 studio suites. The property also has an outdoor patio with a fire pit, adjacent to the 2,400-sq.-ft. Solarium, as well as The Grove at Connell Center, which has an additional 10,000 sq. ft. of outdoor space.
Additional amenities include an indoor pool, 24-hour fitness center with Technogym equipment and jogging and walking trails. There is also a 24-hour business center.
Hilton Garden Inn in Annapolis, MD
Hilton Garden Inn opens Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis Downtown. Managed by OTO Development, a Johnson Management company, the property has 121 guestrooms.
Located at 174 West St., Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis Downtown is located in the capital city’s arts district, close to Maryland State House, government offices, shopping and dining, and the Naval Academy and Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.
The hotel also has 1,665 sq. ft. of meeting space, complimentary WiFi and a 24-7 fitness center.

Home2 Suites by Hilton Bloomington, IN, owned and operated by MHG Hotels LLC, is currently under construction and scheduled to open this month. The 107-suite hotel is located at 1410 N Walnut St.
The property has all-suite accommodations with fully equipped kitchens and furniture. In addition, there’s complimentary WiFi, communal spaces, and signature brand amenities such as Spin2 Cycle, a combined laundry and fitness area; Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items; and the Inspired Table, a complimentary breakfast. There’s also an indoor saline pool and outdoor grill area. The property will be pet-friendly.
