MCLEAN, VA—The Hilton Edinburgh Carlton has opened, marking the 16th property in the Hilton Worldwide portfolio of brands in Scotland and the eighth Hilton Hotels & Resorts hotel in the country.
The 211-room hotel offers a variety of room types, including junior suites and executive rooms that are equipped with a desk, 40-in. TV and modern bathroom. Onsite F&B options include a Marco Pierre White Steakhouse and Grill, offering local produce and a classic dining menu, along with signature dishes and drinks. There are also seven meeting spaces that can accommodate up to 200 people.
The property showcases the history of Edinburgh, Scotland, and is close to a myriad of attractions, including the famous Royal Mile and St. Giles’ Cathedral. The hotel is owned and operated by Amaris Hospitality and is part of its 73-hotel portfolio across the U.K. and Ireland.
