MCLEAN, VA—DoubleTree by Hilton McLean Tysons is the latest addition to the brand’s portfolio of hotels. Through its multimillion-dollar transformation, the property here has 168 fully upgraded guestrooms and is set to unveil 5,700 sq. ft. of meetings and event space.
In terms of dining options, the hotel’s full-service restaurant and bar offers locally sourced, seasonal pub fare with classics such as burgers, flatbreads and daily specials. There is a robust beer program with a number of local craft beers from the nearby Loudoun County Ale Trail in Virginia. The second-level dining room serves daily, full breakfast and can be used for private functions with customized, seasonal catering menus. This flexible space can accommodate up to 100 for private events and overlooks the property’s light-filled courtyard.
Amenities include an indoor, heated, junior Olympic-sized pool with an outdoor sundeck; a 24-hour gym with Life Fitness cardio equipment, free weights and machines; complimentary standard WiFi throughout the hotel; in-room coffeemakers and refrigerators; and premium cable line-up.
The nine-floor hotel will have more than 5,700 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, which can be tailored to guests’ needs through an array of configurations. From large corporate events to weddings, the space includes a four-section ballroom, a private entrance to banquet space, pre-function space and collaborative space with built-in audio visual setup. The outdoor garden patio with tent is available for wedding ceremonies, receptions and other special events.
