Heritage Hotels & Resorts Targets Albuquerque Market

ALBUQUERQUE, NM—Heritage Hotels & Resorts today will break ground on a new multimillion-dollar hotel here.

Heritage Hotels & Resorts CEO Jim Long and President Adrian Perez; Lt. Governor John Sanchez and Gensler Co-CEO Andy Cohen will be on site.  

The 118-room boutique hotel is expected to be complete in 2016. The property will be built adjacent the Hotel Albuquerque and will share Hotel Albuquerque’s pool, ballrooms and chapel.

The hotel will be comprised of five levels with guestrooms designed with terraces showcasing views toward the Sandia Mountains and downtown skyline or views overlooking the gardens and pool terrace.
