MEMPHIS, TN Hampton Inn has received the honor of Highest Guest Satisfaction Among Mid-Price Hotel Chains With Limited Service award in the J.D. Power and Associates 2000 Domestic Hotel Guest Satisfaction Study. This recognition marks the second consecutive year that Hampton has received the award.
According to the study, Hampton Inn received high ratings in all of he key components that drive customer satisfaction. These components include reservations/check-in, guestrooms, guest services, food and beverage, and departure. (8/28/00)
