MCLEAN, VA—Hilton Worldwide plans to grow its portfolio of Hampton by Hilton hotels in Poland, with two new properties slated to open in Gdansk and Lublin. The new franchise hotels will join 23 Hilton properties trading or under development throughout the country.

Hampton by Hilton Lublin is a 121-room property being developed by Global Property Sp. z.o.o. S.K.A. and will become Hilton’s first in the city when it opens in late 2017. It will be managed by Pro Value Sp. z o.o., an independent commercial real estate consultancy firm delivering professional advice in all property sectors with a focus on hotels.
Offering 100 guestrooms, Hampton by Hilton Gdansk Oliwa will join two existing Hilton Worldwide properties trading in the city when it opens, with a further Hampton by Hilton currently under construction in Gdansk’s main town. The hotel will be housed within a broader mixed-use development that will incorporate office and retail space, and will be delivered by owner Moderna Investment Sp. z.o.o in partnership with Property Partner Investments sp. z o.o. sp.k.
