CANCUN, MEXICO—Grupo Posadas, a hotel operator in Mexico, has launched the Fiesta Americana Resort Collection. The collection is comprised of 12 distinctive resort properties that epitomize the spirit of Mexico and are located in various beach destinations in Mexico, according to the company.
