Greenwood Hospitality Group Opens Renaissance in Pennsylvania

ALLENTOWN, PA—Greenwood Hospitality Group opened a Renaissance Hotel here as part of the Center City Lehigh Valley development downtown.

Developed by City Center Investment Corp., the seven-story Renaissance Hotel, whose lobby is an adaptive reuse of the historic Dime Bank, is located adjacent to the PPL Center, a new 8,500-seat sports and events arena, in the the City Center Lehigh Valley development.

The Renaissance offers 170 guestrooms and suites; 11,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, including a 4,100-square-foot ballroom; Club Room; and health club.

Considered one of the largest urban revitalization projects in the United States, Center City Lehigh Valley also includes 170 new luxury apartments, 650,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space and 100,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space.
