GreenTree Hospitality Group Adds The Clarendon Hotel and Spa to Portfolio
GreenTree Hospitality Group has added The Clarendon Hotel and Spa in Phoenix to GreenTree Boutique Collection. This marks the eleventh property in the the company’s U.S. portfolio and the first in its boutique collection. Even though the 105-key hotel is now officially in the brand’s property portfolio, it will operate under the Clarendon name. The property’s ownership changed hands in January 2019. Pro Hospitality is the majority owner of the property and the operating partner.
The Luxury Collection Debuts First Resort In Çeşme, Turkey
The Luxury Collection has opened Reges, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Çeşme. Owned by Reges Turizm Inşaat A.Ş., Reges joins a collection of more than 110 hotels and resorts in more than 30 countries and territories. The opening marks The Luxury Collection’s third hotel in Turkey, joining the brand’s existing properties in Bodrum and Ankara.
Elewana Collection Opens Elewana Loisaba Lodo Springs
Elewana Collection has opened Elewana Loisaba Lodo Springs in Loisaba Conservancy bringing the total number of destinations to 16 camps, lodges and boutique beach hotels in Tanzania, Zanzibar and Kenya for the luxury safari camp and lodge operator.
