Gehr Hospitality Acquires the Hyatt Place, King of Prussia
Gehr Hospitality has acquired the 129-room Hyatt Place, located in King of Prussia, PA, through a joint venture with Oakhurst Advisors. The acquisition was financed by Wells Fargo, and The Plascencia Group represented the seller. Thuong Luong and Molly Caccamo of Gehr Hospitality led the transaction on behalf of the company.
EOS Investors Acquires Kingston Resorts
EOS Investors has acquired Kingston Resorts, a multi-property resort destination located on 2,800 linear ft. of Atlantic Ocean beachfront in Myrtle Beach, SC. Hilton Hotels & Resorts will continue to manage the resort on EOS’s behalf.
AJ Capital Partners Acquires The Franklin Hotel in Chapel Hill, NC
Adventurous Journeys (AJ) Capital Partners has acquired The Franklin Hotel in Chapel Hill, NC. The hotel will run independently as The Franklin Hotel prior to and during renovations, which will begin in January 2020. Once completed in April 2020, the five-story, 70-key hotel will debut as Graduate Chapel Hill, part of the Graduate Hotels collection.
