DALLAS—G6 Hospitality has appointed Rob Palleschi as chief development officer, effective Feb. 7. The newly created executive role is the result of the company’s expansion and growing presence in international markets, including Latin America and India, according to the hotel management company.

In his new role, Palleschi is expected to focus on leading the strategic growth of the company’s international development and how to best leverage the company’s domestic platform with international growth. Palleschi will report to Jim Amorosia, president and CEO of G6 Hospitality, and Dean Savas, EVP of franchise development and management, will report to Palleschi.

Palleschi has more than 30 years of hospitality and beverage experience. Most recently, he served as the CEO of TGI Fridays. Additionally, Palleschi spent 12 years at Hilton and served as global head of full-service brands.
