French Investor Purchases Miami Beach’s National Hotel

MIAMI BEACH, FL–– New National, LLC ,has purchased the historic, 151-room National Hotel here. Located on Collins Ave., the 11-story, 151-room hotel, which was built in 1939 and renovated in 2003, is known for its Art Deco design. New National principal Claude Dray, an avid Art Deco collector, purchased the hotel from Florida Resort Management Ltd. The purchase price was not disclosed
