Four Seasons Courts Teen Market With Special Concierges

TORONTO— Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts this summer introduced teenage concierges to assist teen guests with special needs and requests. The program is in place in seven hotels in six cities, including Chicago, New York, Philadelphia and London. The company cited the growing importance of the family market and the fact that hotel “kids programs” typically overlook older children in the teenage years.
