WHITE PLAINS, NY— Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide plans to build its midprice Four Points by Sheraton hotels in Shanghai and Changshu. The Shanghai property, located in the emerging Pudong district, is scheduled to open in 2006, the Changshu property in 2007. The first Four Points in China opened in Shenzhen in 2004.
