ROSEMONT, IL—First Hospitality Group Inc. (FHG) will manage Marathon Petroleum Corporation’s Hancock Hotel in Findlay, OH.
The five-story Hancock Hotel will be a full-service property, with a total of 99 rooms—including 87 standard rooms, 11 suites and a presidential suite, which will also include a rooftop terrace.
The boutique property will have an expansive “living-room” lobby space, a fitness center, a business center, 7,040 sq. ft. of meeting space and a ballroom that can hold 360 guests for larger events. There is also a Mancy’s Steakhouse restaurant.
Construction, which began in 2016, is slated for completion in early 2018. The hotel will be available for business and public use.
