Feder Joins PGA National Resort

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL— David Feder has been named as president of the PGA National Resort & Golf Club. Known and respected throughout the industry, David Feder comes to PGA National with a distinguished 30-year career in hotel and resort management. Most recently, Feder was COO/President of Boca Resorts, Inc. overseeing all operations for the company’s collection of properties including: the renowned Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton, Florida; the Registry Resort & Club, the Edgewater Beach Hotel & Club and the Naples Grande Golf Club, all in Naples, Florida; and the Hyatt Regency Pier 66 Resort & Marina, the Radisson Bahia Mar Resort & Yachting Center and the Grande Oaks Golf Club in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to this, Feder enjoyed a series of successful tenures at some of the nation’s most recognized properties including: the legendary Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa, as Senior Vice President and Managing Director; The Breakers in Palm Beach; Innisbrook Resort in Tampa, Florida; The Plaza in New York, Princess Hotels International and the St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco, . Feder is Involved on many levels throughout Palm Beach County. He is a member of the Palm Beach County Tourist Development Council, is on the Board of Trustees for Florida Atlantic University and on the Foundation Board for Boca Raton Community Hospital. He is also a past president of the Florida Hotel/Motel Association and the recipient of the Gulf Stream Council Boy Scouts of America Distinguished Citizen Award, the Palm Beach Internatonal Film Festival Founder’s Award and the LEAH Bridge Builders Award.
